Project objective
Production of a 2D metroidvania game in group on Unity, using the 2D Game Kit, as a starting point. The goal was to create an interesting metroidvania Level Design.
Each person in the group had to design and create a part of the level, defined beforehand during the overall design phase. It was necessary to take into account the unlocked elements in each of the zones to obtain an interesting metroidvania, and not to have situations where the player is stuck.
Pitch
The player embodies Elen, an explorer who finds herself stuck on a planet because her ship has broken down. She will have to explore the different places on this planet to unlock new skills, and collect keys allowing her to open a temple containing a crystal. The crystal will allow her to restart his ship. However, the planet seems to already be inhabited…
Playthrough
Only the part I created is played here. And yes, there's a bug with teleporters !
